Please clean your lashes with an oil free cleanser prior to your appointment, particularly if you just went to the gym, went for a swim in the pool or at the beach, have mascara and/or strip lash glue from the previous night as these leaves residue on your lash line which causes retention issues.
If you require your lashes to be cleaned at your appointment, the service will cost an extra $10.
Avoid coffee as this may affect the treatment for example, your eyes will flutter which will make it difficult to perform the treatment.
Do not curl your lashes with an eyelash curler.
If you wear contact lenses, please remove prior to the treatment as the fumes from the glue may enter the eyes and onto the contact lenses which may cause redness and irritation to the eyes.

It will be considered an infill when:
NOTE: Infills are not to be booked as a new lash set. If you have no lashes, a new lash set is required. If you had a new lash set done and at/after 4 weeks (when new set is required), you cannot book for an infill as a new lash set. A 45 minutes infill session includes removal of grown out lashes, lashes that are in different directions and then reapplying of new lash extensions in the remaining time. If an infill session is booked as a new lash set, more product is used and therefore, is charged as a full new lash set.
INFILLS - time required:
Classic sets
Express hybrid, volume and wispy sets (2D to 6D sets)
NOTE: for Wispy sets, it is maximum 45 minute infill sessions. Only Volume sets (4D - 6D) can have a maximum of 1.5 infill sessions.
Classic Light set – maximum 30-minute infill session only. Anything more will be a full set.
Classic Complete set – maximum 45 infill session only. Anything more will be a full set.
Express hybrid set – maximum 1 hour session only. Anything more will be a full set.
Other Volume sets – maximum 1.5 hours only. Anything more will be a full set.
If you have chosen the Classic set and wanted more thickness/volume, the infill session can be infilled in volume, however a longer session may be required i.e. if the infill is at 2 weeks, then it may require 45 minutes for volume depending on how much you have lost.
If you are experiencing major fall outs (i.e 50% loss), you must let us know within 3 days of the service as you may be eligible for a free 30-minute infill session. Once you have notified us, you must book your fix up session within 1 week of the original appointment.
If you do not notify us within 3 days and a booking is not made within 1 week, you may not be eligible for the free fix.
It is preferred that the fix up appointment is booked on the 3rd day, however we understand you may not be available to book an appointment within the timeframe.
The reason why you must let us know within 3 days of your original appointment is any fall outs after the 3 days, is likely due to day-to-day events such as, heat, make up wear, sweating from the gym/work out, stress and hormones etc. If it is past the 3 days, we are unable to determine what exactly is lost due to possibly our application or other reasons other than the above events.
At the fix up appointment, we can also to discuss and determine the cause of the fall outs to avoid this from happening again.
If the lash lift dropped within 3 days of the service, you must let us know at the end of the 3rd day to be eligible for a free fix. The fix up appointment must be booked within 1 week of the original appointment.
The reason why we need to be notified within 3 days is because if we were notified after 3 days, the drop could be due to poor aftercare, hormonal changes, stress, etc and not the application.
At the fix up appointment, this also allows us to troubleshoot and determine the cause of the drop to avoid this from happening again.
Please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice for change or rescheduling of your appointment as this will leave the appointment open for clients who may wish to book. I am a small business and rely on clients to turn up to their appointment to earn my sole income.
If clients do not show or does not give enough notice (48 hours), the spot that was booked for them goes to waste and therefore, I would have lost income and did not have the opportunity to book another person in that spot. I do understand there are unforeseen circumstances, however, we would appreciate if you are able to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We encourage clients to arrive on time to keep the salon running smoothly.
Arriving late to your appointment, may result in reduced treatment time and full payment is required. I will try and accommodate where I can to not reduce your treatment time, however if I am unable to, full payment is still required.
Full payment will be charged for no-shows and non-attendance of appointments.
We accept Eftpos, major credit cards and cash.
Gift cards for any occasions are available at the salon.
Gift cards have a 3 year expiration date.
